Black Bean, Sweet Potato and Kale Rice Bowl

Use the left-over the Black Beans, Roasted Sweet Potato, and Kale Tacos to make this rice bowl.

Cook 2 cups of brown rice. In a bowl, load cooked brown rice. Top with black beans, roasted sweet potato, sautéed kale. Fry an egg and lay on top of the mix. Top with goat cheese, Sriracha, or pico de gallo, as desired
